How can I reduce the size of a basic black and white scanned text document?
I am in real estate and have to scan documents then attach to emails but when i scan the documents are very large in size over 2MB for black and white. I need good readable copies but not the large files. I usually save as one pdf file but it is huge after a few pages so i cant email. Is it the scanner settings or can i reduce the pdf size after i have already saved to my pc?
