This is for all of you shaft experts/people who have been fitted for driver shafts….?
So, I was finally fitted, and the pro gave me 3 driver shaft options that I should get:
1. UST Accra Tour70 shaft (torque- 2.9 $140)
2.UST Proforce V2 High Launch (torque 2.9 $81.15)
3. UST IRod .335 (torque- 2.6 $61.50)
(Canadian prices at this one store where I got fitted)
So, I learned that the lower the torque, the better. The IRod is the cheapest, and has the lowest torque (the pro can’t explain why its priced like that, but anyways). I was wondering on if anyone has any reviews on these shafts, or any recommendations to what I should buy. Like, if I should buy the one with the lowest torque (if low torque is the best thing to have in a shaft…and its the cheapest out of those 3)
